You Do Not Have to Navigate VA Benefits Alone

VA Letters, Forms, and Paperwork

How DAV Chapter 4 Tucson Can Help Families and Survivors

Our Chapter Service Officers help spouses, families, caregivers, and survivors understand VA benefits and paperwork related to:

Dependency and Indemnity Compensation

Dependency and Indemnity Compensation, often called DIC, is a VA survivor benefit for certain eligible surviving spouses, children, or parents. We can help you understand what DIC is, what paperwork may be needed, and how to begin.

Survivors Pension and Accrued Benefits

Some surviving spouses or dependent children may be eligible for VA Survivors Pension or accrued benefits. We can help you review VA letters, understand the forms, and prepare questions before you submit paperwork.

Burial and Memorial Benefits

VA burial and memorial benefits may help eligible families with certain burial, funeral, plot, interment, transportation, headstone, marker, or memorial-related needs. We can help you understand the paperwork and where to start.

VA Caregiver and Family Support

If you are caring for a veteran, you may have questions about VA caregiver programs, forms, or family support resources. DAV Chapter 4 Tucson can help you understand available resources and connect you with the next step.
