You do not need to be a veteran to walk through our door.

A Chapter Service Officer — or CSO — is a trained, VA-accredited benefits advocate who works with you.

Yes. There are no fees, no percentages, no catches — for veterans, spouses, survivors, and family members alike. DAV Chapter Service Officers are trained volunteers who serve their community.
